Segmentable heat induction bends are vital to any project that has hilly or challenging terrain which makes it difficult to survey the exact bend angles before construction. In addition to new construction, segmentable hot induction bends are indispensable in pipeline repair or maintenance projects when the pipeline must be taken out of service and time constraints don’t allow a custom bend angle to be manufactured and shipped. Tulsa Tube Bending’s segmentable heat induction bends have 1% (or less) ovality throughout – this allows them to be cut in the field to any bend angle without roundup. While Tulsa Tube Bending can make pipeline hot induction bends to any custom angle, using our heat induction segmentable bends gives you the flexibility to respond to changing conditions in the field.
